Most Boards publish their calendar on their website, and some Boards include it in their newsletter. However, there is no single directory for all forthcoming public meetings. This requires people to actively search for them. The public meeting directory can make it easier for people to find meetings they care about, and discover new meetings they weren’t aware of.
Community Boards can add their upcoming meetings to the directory. People can browse and track meetings by place, time, or topic. This means that people can easily find meetings they are interested in, and Boards can easily spread the word and reach more potential participants.
